I wanted a cool blue summer mani,fun and trendy,inspired by a full tan and sand beaches,with a hint of drama.
I used a cosmetic sponge to dab the blue over a coat of white,followed by a matte topcoat to set everything.
Fun and easy and with a full promise of a cool summer.
