I’ve been lucky enough to be picked by Influenster to test out their #HouZoodles VoxBox for testing purposes. Inspiralized at Houligan’s is a collaboration between Ali Maffuci of Inspiralized.com and Houlihan’s.

So here’s what I’ve picked:

BUTTERNUT SQUASH AND SAUSAGE LASAGNA
Spiralized butternut squash ‘noodles,’ herbed ricotta, Italian sausage, sautéed organic kale-spinach-chard blend, marinara & mozzarella, served with a pesto zucchini ‘noodle’ side salad

Seriously delicious buttery melted in your mouth sweet potato lasagna.So lightweight and lasagna expected delicious taste.I didn’t missed the pasta flavor in any way and the sweet potato does’t over flavor the dish.The side salad make everything blend together beautifully.

THAI ‘NOODLE’ SALAD
Sriracha Thai peanut sauce tossed with spiralized fresh zucchini ‘noodles,’ mango, red peppers, snow peas, tri-colored quinoa, basil, mint, almonds

For asian food lover this was a dream.Slighty spicy but gorgeous mango bites makes it all sweet to your palate.Will definitely re-order this on my next go!

 

Overall I was pleasantly surprised and I can’t wait to go again,especially for these dishes,because i love low cards foods,but even more when they are delicious too!
