Losing track of time

Not to long ago, I remember how all people around me, desired to have more time! Time to sleep, time to have a hobby, time to fix their homes, time to enjoy with their families.

And here we are, all at home, gaining all the time we’ve lost, either in traffic, shopping, living life.

We finally managed to get our time back, thru this weird situation, life threatening to some of us.

Recently I realized I’ve lost track of time, and all days that are passing by, are pretty much looking the same. There’s no weekends to look forward to, and no Mondays to be prepared for. There’s no excitement or stress. It’s just plain, calm, still. And yet, we live.

We sleep more, we cook more, we walk more, we argue. But that’s how families are. That’s what truly bonds us.

Even though many peoples don’t see this as a vacation, I truly try to see it as one. Because  I am grateful to be together and share our precious time together.

So it’s ok if you lost track of time too, and this Friday seems like Monday, and we do the same relaxing things on and on. We are human, still!

  2. This is so true, we should strive to make the best out of a bad situation and take this time to relax a bit more and do some things that we haven’t had time for before.
