Enjoying that extra cup of coffee

Yes,I’m a coffee-aholic!

I admit of my only addiction, beside fashion, and yes,I do want to cut my intake of coffee.

I love the smell of coffee when I wake up in the morning, and that’s the first thing I reach to do…before even talking.I also enjoy when I wake up,before everyone, make myself a coffee, and just just, sip it slowly, and I’m surrounded by quiet, even though that doesn’t happen often.

But,because I’m highly active,and I try to think about what’s healthy or not,I noticed that I do enjoy 3-4 cups coffees a day,and I thought thats a little bit much.And because I’m tea-holic by night,I decided to try Levity Brew,a blend of coffee,tea &herbs,because it wouldn’t hurt.

Levity Brew is made simply of mostly organic ingredients:

Organic Coffee (colombian)

Organic Yerba Maté

Organic Chicory (roasted)

Organic Green Tea

Guaraná Seed Powder

When I had my first cup,I felt a stronger smell and taste of tea,but as I drank more of it,I didn’t felt such a strong flavor to it,so I can easily replace my 3rd and 4th cup of coffee with it,without being bothered by it.

As I’m writing,I’m sipping it from a cup,and I can describe the smooth coffee flavor, kinda like a medium roast, blended with tea.Even though it should give you “enlightened energy”,I don’t feel an instant kick after I drink it,like a coffee does,so is perfect to enjoy it in the afternoon, for a little extra pick me up,without thinking it will affect your night sleep.

I don’t think i’ll ever quit drinking coffee, but I won’t stop improve the way that I do it.
